  • Any cancellation received before 48hrs prior to arrival date will incur the full period charge (only 5% processing fee will be charged). Failure to arrive will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given.
  • Reservations made below 48 hours, or on the same date of visit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
